EXAMPLE MENU - €35 per person + €100 chef charge (maximum 8 people per chef)
 
Warm ciabatta bread with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic.
 
STARTERS TO SHARE
  • Thai king prawn with rocket and radish salad,  lemon grass mayonnaise, fresh coriander  and crispy vermicelli  noodles.
  • Seared scallops with mango and chilli salsa or Garlic  butter.
Both served with a selection of La bocaina catering chilli sauces
 
INTERMEDIATE COURSE
  • Raspberry sorbet
MAIN COURSE
  • Sirloin Steak in porcini mushroom and truffle sauce with braised shallots, seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes.
DESSERT
  • Baileys cheese cake with chocolate and caramel sauces
